  • SCAM! DON"T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! We agreed to the $14 Service Charge to come look at out cabinet we were locked out of. They wanted to charge us $150 to open it and to order a new key! We could buy a new cabinet for $25 and get a new key online for $7. So very ridiculous. Of course we said no way to the price offered because we can't afford that but we will pay the service charge,but the woman threatened the police on us for canceling an order and not paying it in full. Thank goodness for Yelp but we didn't look to Yelp until it was too late. I feel so sorry for all the customers they have SCAMMED in the past and for that we will be filing a complaint with the BBB. There are plenty of other well deserving, honest, hardworking, appreciative Locksmiths out there in the valley, this company is one that needs to learn some business etiquette, and top charging ridiculous prices like they are. They don't invoice, payment due upon service.
