  • While I have had nothing but good experiences with their branch on Flamingo the Rainbow location has proven to be nothing but challenged. The last four orders i have placed I have either not received an item, or they don't have an item and the only way to get my money back is to take time out of my day to either drive back to pick it up or call ChowNow to get a refund. You would think they would make doing business with them a bit easier. I think from here on out I will take my business elsewhere for lunch. Great Food, Bad Customer Service.
