| - **This review is based off of after-hour experience (when it is a bar/club after 10pm and not a restaurant)**
I cannot speak for the food or quality of it as a functioning restaurant, because I have never been here for that. Anyone who frequents Mill regularly knows that this is one of the most popular places on the strip...everyone stops in here at some point throughout the night.
It is the most overrated bar experience I have ever seen. There is literally nothing special about it. Rather, it is the most overpacked, douche-inspiring, child-festered bar on Mill. Full of just-turned-21 kids who cannot hold their alcohol to save their lives. The lines to get a drink will have you waiting literally 10+ minutes, and even then you STILL have to be aggressive waiving your cash or credit card at the bartender to get him to ask you what you want.
The music is stupid loud for the type of environment it strives to achieve...like honestly what is this place? An arcade? A dive bar? A cocktail lounge? A table and bottle service night club? It is the most theme-confused place I have ever been to. Its really no wonder why their other bar, American Junkie in Old Town Scottsdale went out of business (same owner, or at least it was).
Now lets talk line to even get into the damn place. Sure, I understand the whole "I know the bouncer, he will let us in" thing...but my God, it seems like the bouncers know EVERYONE and let everyone just walk right up to them, give them a nice little pat on the back, and wave them right in. I mean literally, for every 1 person he lets in from the peasant line, they let 10 people just walk up and right in. To make matters worse, there are two lines you can wait it: the normal free line, or a shorter "fast pass" line that you can pay $$ to not have to wait as long. So, if your not an idiot, you will wait in the free line. This means that between the bouncers letting their current friends, their friends friends, their friends friends second cousin that they are friends with on Facebook, some hot girl they they walked past on campus, and so on in before the people waiting in line, now you have to pretty much watch the entire fast pass line clear out before they even begin to look at the normal liners. Its crazy.
**Also, if you are a good looking girl, disregard everything about the line issues, as you can pretty much walk right up to the bouncers, bat your pretty little eyes, and walk right in**
I hate this place.
