  • Don't bring your kids here! My family had a pretty bad experience with this location. We enrolled my daughter when she was 8 months old and were told she would be in the infant room with a ratio of 1:4 and that when she became a toddler the ratio would be 1:6. Turns out they do ratios by averaging kid's ages and they frequently had ratios of 1:7 or 1:8, which also meant they had a lot of older kids in the infant room, running my daughter over and terrifying her. She was there for a total of 5 1/2 months, during which time she had 6 or more teachers. The turnover is awful (some of the teachers were great, others not, but corporate treats them terribly so they leave quickly). The director that used to be there tried her best to make a good situation out of the resources available to her (corporate is all about the $), but when she left, we pulled my daughter, and thank goodness we did. The final straw was that during her last week there, she banged her head. Not a big deal as toddlers will do this, but their servers were down, meaning we couldn't review the video to see what happened. The videos were working, just not broadcasting to the internet. The accident report stated the ratio was 1:7 and the staff refused to allow my husband to review the video of what happened. They also had more big kids in the infant room, and had even pulled my 13 month old baby into the preschool room. She was increasingly scared and sad to be taken there, and we were contractually obligated to pay 2 weeks if we pulled her. We explained the reasons why we were pulling her and cited where they had not upheld their end of our agreement (Cameras not broadcasting, ratios not what we were told, diaper rash caused by lack of changing, turnover, unacceptable care!) and requested that our last week be our "vacation" week, which we were 2 weeks away from being eligible for (she was not attending and we did not think it fair to pay for services not rendered because of unacceptable treatment). Not only did they pull the money, they never even bothered to call us back with a response to tell us they were going to after "checking with corporate". Do yourselves a favor and do not enroll your children here. The company doesn't care about kids (some of the teachers do but it doesn't make up for the corporate attitude) and this location especially is considered "ghetto" by corporate. It has a lot of foster kids and apparently, they don't matter as much to the company. The location's monthly supply budget is $50 and they do not have adequate resources to provide a good curriculum.
