  • I have been to Butterwood three times. The ambience is cozy and luxurious and I really appreciate that they are open late. The reason I give this place three stars is the lack of consistent quality of their desserts. The last cake I had (it was their standard chocolate) was very dry and crumbly like it was weeks past its prime. I was so disappointed! If I am going to splurge on something like this it must be perfection every time.
