  • Disappointing scenario. Used my card for round trip tickets from Vegas to home. Like the rules state, use your HAL cc and first bag is free. First from the kiosk in Vegas, we got charged $50. Then, from the tita with an attitude who was manning the "early check-in baggage" area in HNL on our return, we got charged again! She didn't care that we were charged because I didn't have my credit card on me at the time and because I guess I looked like a liar, I dunno, but she was pleasant to whomever she was talking to on her iPhone. Then another downfall to get a refund, we had to send the itty bitty receipts to a specified place. Well, I couldn't find those small receipts to get a refund so boo hoo for me. The flight attendants are always nice, sometimes too nice. Once I was on a flight where a female was using the f word through the whole, long, lengthy trip to Hawaii from Cali. It was so sickening and us passengers were expecting the flight attendants to put a bug in her ear but I guess it's not against any law to aggravate a plane load of people.
