  • I wish I had read the reviews here first. Just bought a home and a warranty. Sales lady super nice, super helpful, said "we are local to Las Vegas so if something like your AC goes out we fix it fast." Well one week into the new house and the AC goes out. They don't seem too concerned now that I'm making a claim, three days until the technician can come out. He finally arrives, trashes my upstairs, leaves grease stains on the ceiling, but allegedly fixes the issue. They get two stars bc the AC did work, for about 12 hours. It broke down again, I call, and for some strange reason the lady on the phone was super uncool. Very undude. One of those real reactionary people. I didn't even complain about the grease stains! I guess I should've. Trying to make light of this bc it's actually very upsetting, it will be another three days before the technician can come out. To their credit, they offered a few appointments when I was going to be at work, but for a company that claims to be local friendly, they certainly are not. I will update this review if they step up their game, we have this contract for one year, hopefully they will redeem themselves.
