What an absolute joke... no professionalism, I come in to get a phone after work and there are 2 employees working and 5 groups of people waiting to be helped. Neither of the employees acknowledged us when we walked in so we waited a few minutes and I noticed a LCD screen listing out the customers waiting so I asked one of the employees if I was supposed to check in with someone and he looked at me like I was nuts and said "sir, I'm with a customer right now, someone will be right with you." Really disappointing and I would assume not the image Att wants to portray. If my phone had not died and still under a contract I would switch to another company... and in a year I will be switching.
