  • With all do respect, I was a little shocked that I carried two 25 lb bags of ice, three 5 lb jugs of water to my car by myself, taking 3 separate trips at 9pm at night with no other customers in the store. I'm not lazy, I don't mind making 3 trips to my car, or using one of the carts, but it was a window of opportunity to go above and beyond and he failed miserably. The owner chose to mop his floor other than offering to help me. No biggie, but it's the little things that make a business earn positive reviews. In this case, the OWNER chose not to put in the extra effort to earn repeat business. An opportunity lost, and just because I can, I will drive a little further next time to spend my money toward someone who actually wants my business. He gets a 2nd star for allowing me to purchase water and ice while he was closing up shop. Thanks.
