The hot dog was good and very large. I'll come back to try a pretzel bun with all beef hot dog. The regular pita they use is just a weird combo. The reason I gave 2 stars was the coffee... I don't think I could buy or make worse iced coffee.
I asked for liquid sugar and he said he didn't have any (which is weird because regular sugar cannot dissolve in ice), but he was nice and offerred to add "flavors" then listed the names starting with carmel. I was thinking it was carmel cane sugar which is liquid sugar so I asked for "a half a pump of carmel." I left without noticing he just put a whole spoon full of carmel in the bottom. If I enjoyed very sweet coffee this would have been nice, but I do not. Luckily he didn't mix it in so when I got home I just dumped the coffee in another cup without the carmel. The second I tasted the coffee I realized the low quality. It's almost like you need tons of sugar and cream to mask the actual taste.
If you like a little coffee with your sugar and cream I suggest you come here, but if you like good iced coffee, this is absolutely not the place to go.
A couple side notes:
- I have asked other coffee shops for liquid sugar in downtown Phx and on a couple occasions the worker had no idea that their vanilla cane sugar was actually liquid sugar.
- I thought that specifying "a half a pump" and motioning my hand as if I was pumping the sugar would indicate I was talking about cane sugar.
- I was so sad because I threw away my coffee and just made a fresh pot of my coffee at home :/ I was really looking forward to it.
- Lastly, the guy working there was really nice and I liked the place. I just know now... never get the coffee lol
