Do not buy directly from Lorex unless you don't value customer service.
We had to return our items because they failed to ship all of them via the expedited shipping we paid extra for. Even though they've now had our returned items for over 14 business days (they claim refunds take 10-14 days), it took three phone calls (each time them giving me the run around) and messaging them through Twitter before they processed a refund. Worse, to even talk to one of their employees, on two of those calls, I was on hold for unreasonable amounts of time (excess of one hour). They also refused to compensate me for the return shipping cost despite the fact that the only reason we had to return the system was that they didn't use expedited shipping in the first place. Clearly they don't value customer goodwill.
Bottom line: I would NEVER recommend Lorex to anyone else. Simply dreadful, dreadful customer service, assuming you can even get in touch with them.
