The best part about this hotel: Lazy River Pool.
I had several troubles with my room and checking in. I had booked a King bed for two adults and for some reason, they didn't have anymore King deluxe rooms so they had to give us two Queen size bed rooms. The biggest problem was the hygiene of this hotel. The two rooms we switched to all smell like urine and cheap cover up scent mixed together. We called many front desk agents after the unpleasant experience and no one was able to help. I was too furious that at 12am after hours of checking in, I was still not able to sleep in a room that didn't have so many flaws so I asked to speak with a manager. Blake was so sincere and understanding and took care of the issue right away! Exactly what I expect a manager would do! Five stars for Blake's customer service. He made my spring break's rocky start better and even called to check in and see if everything is going good!
