  • The wife and I came in to Coulter because two of our friends raved about their experiences buying vehicles from Coulter and dealing with Chris Scherff as their Salesman. I contacted Chris via phone and setup an appointment to come look at the GMC Terrain. When we arrived Chris was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the Terrain and let us take it on a very thorough test drive. Even got to make sure the stroller fit! We are extremely thankful for Chris being so gracious to accommodate us in our test driving needs that we realized that the Terrain was not the vehicle for us. Not because we didn't like, because we really did, but because we realized it was just a little to small for us, and our ever so growing family. Chris recommended that we look at the GMC Acadia. Boy let me tell you.... Chris was right! Exactly what we were looking for! By Chris listening to our wants and needs he was able to help us find our perfect vehicle. When it came to the actual numbers crunching, the process was a breeze. I always go into a car dealer with my guard up and ready to fight for those pennies, but there was no hassle whatsoever! Everyone we met from the receptionist to the service manager welcomed us with open arms. Coulter will be my choice for every future vehicle we purchase.
