  • Awful living conditions. My son moved in a year ago and has consistent issues. Half of the community is closed due to the ground beneath the buildings collapsing. This is includes all the "extra" amenities and fun stuff like the pool and club house that have been closed for well over 9 months and is not expected open again until August 2017. And, most recently there was confirmation of black mold in the air vents in what I guesstimate to be about 75% of the property or all of the buildings on right half of the property. Please do avoid this place like the plague. There are better, safer, cleaner options right around the corner.
