  • This is by far the worst management company I've ever had to deal with. Leasing agents are complete jerks and lack any sort of customer service skills! When there's an issue and you need service it's nearly impossible to get it fixed! I had to make at least 20 calls and multiple online requests to get a water leak fixed! Obviously water damage can cause an array of problems and there was zero concern from this company. They are completely unorganized and lack BASIC customer service skills. To add to this, you can't even make a payment over the phone!!! When I moved into the property it was filthy! I had to hire a cleaning company prior to move in... The cabinets had gunk in and out! Gross. I would never recommend using this company. Ever. Ever.
