  • Great little coffee place with some pretty interesting coffees to try! First of all, the owner of Fuel+ is super friendly, a little quirky but he's funny and very helpful when you're standing there with a confused look on your face. I loved the atmosphere here, it was very casual, cozy, and friendly. I only had their butter coffee so I can't really review on any of there other items on the menu. It was actually the first time I've heard of butter coffee (and this seemed to be one of their specialty drinks), but the fact that butter was in the name, I had to try it. What it is, is basically an espresso blended with butter (from what I was explained, it was grass fed butter), and MCT oil. The result? Amazing. It taste a little like a cappuccino, but it has this residual creaminess that you don't have with just milk or cream. Although I might not drink this on a daily basis, but I would definitely recommend it if you happen to pass by and is feeling a little adventurous, it is a pretty incredible experience for the taste buds. They're also opening a new Fuel+ at another location in a few months, so that should be exciting!
