  • I like this company but this store is horrible no joke 8 times they mess up the sandwich I always get. Tell me this is hard... Sausage, bacon, cheese., on a damn bagel. I specify NO EGGS I say it 3 times. Still ends up with egg or missing one of the things I ask. How hard is it to hire competent people. Or train them. Your management is horrible. Only reason I have returned is because when it's made right it tastes great. I thought it was 2 in particular people but just found most the staff just is horrible at thier job. They are slow as hell as well. Biggest down side is there's no bagel shops in the area. Because if there was I would never return to this location. I hope and pray you all see this and speed up because waiting 15-40 min yes 40 MINUTES! Is redic. Your making bagels it's a mindless stress free job. BAGEL, BACON, CHEESE, SAUSAGE! And not one hair net on one person. If I eat a hair I swear I'll shut this place down.....
