  • I hardly come to this Chapters anymore, but on a recent visit, I noticed that the layout is entirely different! This may speak to me not coming here often (as the change may have happened sometime ago) but there is now so much space devoted to children's books and paraphernalia. The magazine racks have now been moved to the back of the bookstore near Starbucks. I no longer buy books at Chapters, but at Costco (for substantially less) or Amazon (I hate carrying all those books). In any event, nice to have a bookstore in the immediate area and service is always pleasant. Every time I come here, an associate always asks if I need any help - and every time I watch these guys with customers, they sure are passionate and helpful. 7/30
