I get better customer service at my local automotive repair shop. I went to the apple store here in Gilbert Az to have my Apple phone looked at, they stated that it would be two hours before they could even talk to me about the issues with the phone. Talk about poor personnel management. When walking in the door I had to hunt down a service consultant. What a ridiculous experience, a complete opposite of any Sprint or Verizon store. I made a phone call to Apples customer service department shortly after visiting the store, to lodge a complaint and spoke to John, the individual in charge of the department. How can you explain your Issue/complaint to an Apple rep/supervisor that has never been to an apple store himself? I like my trash man, he does a great job, he does what he`s paid to do. I know I can rely on him, and if he makes a mistake, I make a phone call and its corrected. Apple customer service, not even close to comparison with the local garbage service. Within one year the phone battery is taking a dump, the speaker and cable is problematic. I would never have had to sample Apples customer service if it wasn't for their crappy products. You will always have problems but what makes a successful business is how you handle the problems. This is the last $650.00 Apple I phone I purchase.
