  • Waited 20 minutes for a shuttle to arrive after I didn't make it in time for the first one. I called to make sure a shuttle would be arriving since it was close to midnight and they said they would send a shuttle. They sent one, but instead of stopping, even after I waved at them to show I was waiting, they did not stop at the courtesy vehicle pickup location. I had to call again for a shuttle, and when the shuttle arrived the guy was not nice.
