  • if i could give no stars i would WORSE customer service ever tried to make a appointment rep would not complete my appoint cause i didnt have my son insurance card on me . I told the rep can we just make the appointment and ill call you back with that info rep refused . I have never ever in my life been denied a appointment because i didn't have my insurance info , since when you come in for your appoint they give you paper work and ask you for your insurance info again and ask for your cards. Horrible customer service
