  • I called to check on availability of a skid steer and Joe said he had some. I told him I'd like to rent it for the day and that I'd be there in 30-45 min to pick it up. 30 min later I'm there and no skid steer. They said the last one went out 10 min ago. They tell me "you should have reserved it". I wish Joe would have told me that. I told him I wanted it and was on the way, figured that was enough. Didn't know there was a whole reservation process. I understand mistakes happens, but it seemed like they couldn't care less. I will never do business with them.
