  • The Providence Master Homeowners Association (PMHA) oversees the master planned community of Providence, located in Las Vegas, Nevada. Unlike stereotypical HOAs which harp on rules violations and do this or do that, finger-waving / pointing, the PMHA exudes a more fun-loving sentiment. With over thirty community events and activities every year, designed for varied and different age groups, there's something to be had for everyone. In 2015, the original developer was transitioned out, creating a board of directors consisting entirely of volunteer homeowners that actually live in the community. This furthers the PMHA's dedication and devotion to the residents of Providence. The PMHA ensures that Providence residents have lots of fun activities, terrific parks to play in, and wonderful streets to walk along. It's all part of one of the most beautiful, secluded areas of Las Vegas. After growing up in Las Vegas, I have lived in Providence since 2007. My kids have grown up here and I can't imagine living anywhere else in the world. The PMHA is a big reason for this.
