  • This review is for the lady named Heather at the customer service. It wasn't my first or second time, it was probably my 5th interacting with her. She is so rude. Not only with me, but to everyone. She has very bad attitude towards customers. Never say hi or smile to anyone. When I asked a simple question, she obligately answered with a really rude attitude. Even when she called someone on the phone asking for help, she was rude to her coworker as well.
