  • I am sad to say, I was a little disappointed in this buffet! It is beautiful and clean, but it really didn't seem to have much of a selection compared to other buffets at this price point. Everything I sampled was good, but nothing really wowed me. I think there should have been at least one item that made me want to go back and get a second helping of it. The pasta station was a nice touch, and I enjoyed the shrimp and bacon Alfredo dish the chef whipped up for me, and I definitely enjoyed the cinnamon bread pudding. They had two types of crab legs- cold king crab, which was already split, and hot snow crab, which was not. I had the snow crab, but with one major issue- no crab crackers! You had to hunt down your server I get them, and by the time I did, the crab was cold. Le sads... The crab was very good, I just wish I had been able to eat it when it was hot. Service was friendly, but a little spotty- she disappeared after our first drink refill. I can check the buffet at Aria off my list, but it's unlikely that I will return.
