I am giving them 2 stars. We had our admissions overview about 9 months ago. We were told there was a wait list and there wasn't an opening until October 2016. My husband and I paid the $500 deposit and waited until October. Well October came and we didn't hear a word. When I emailed them, they said it was looking more like "late winter" During this time, my husband was transferred out of town for work and when I asked if we could have our deposit back because of unforeseen circumstances, I was denied MULTIPLE times reminding me it was un refundable. And while I understand we signed a contract, I find it extremely unfair that we were told we would have an October start date, and that even got pushed way back, and the only correspondence we received from them was just how their rates were going up for a daycare we had been waiting for what seemed forever. While I must admit the facility was beautiful, and we were impressed, I do find their policy unprofessional. After about a 7th attempt, I was finally refunded $200 which I guess is better than nothing....but if you are looking to enroll your child immediately don't take their word on their wait list.
