  • I really wanted to love this place. I got a family membership for myself and my two children. We tried to go to the pool three times and every time we were turned away due to "unforeseen circumstances". Last time, I called twice ahead of time to make sure the pool would be open. When we arrived we were told they had to close the pool due to low staff. I asked to speak to the membership director, who wasn't there. I left her a message and she never called me back. So I cancelled the membership. We're now going to the Seven Fields pool and it's be awesome.
