  • I must start off by saying that their selection of products is incredible - hence the 2 stars. I used to be a huge fan of this store and while I don't have a lot of money to spend there it was my go to place for gifts. A few months back I was there shopping for a birthday gift for my husband and finally settled on a medium size piece of Celestine. When I got to the counter the male employee said "this isn't the right price for this item" it was marked $65. I didn't have much more to spend so I asked him how much it was. He then said "people don't think we know how much stuff costs around here but we do" - that is when I realized he was accusing me of switching the price tag. I was beyond offended but wanted to prove to him I hadn't so I showed him where I got it along with similar stones for comparison. He went back to the counter and weighed it out only to realize it had been marked correctly - there was no apology for the accusation and he continued to act arrogant about the whole thing. I should have just left everything there and not bought a thing but ended up leaving with the items - that was the last time I will ever shop there. It is no longer a destination where I bring visiting friends and family and my husband no longer shops there either. He could have redeemed himself by admitting to his error but I guess the customers of his shop just aren't worth the hit to his ego.
