  • We recently spent $1200.00 at the Phoenix store on patio cushions and other decorative items. The service at the store is completely horrible. The one check out lady they had said they had no bags or boxes to put the cushions into, there is no one available to help load heavy items. Beware of there exchange return policy if you remove the price tag they Will Not even let you exchange for the exact same item even if the item you purchased is defective. We wanted to exchange several of the patio cushions because they were torn some were missing tie backs but because we removed the price tags our exchange was denied.
