  • I have now been here twice and I have no real desire to go back. I give it two stars instead of just one because the beer I ordered was very cold, which I enjoyed. Otherwise this theater wasn't too pleasant. My friend and I went to see Rogue One recently, and like others have complained it took forever to get our food. And speaking of food, we probably heard about 7 or 8 pieces of silverware hit the ground during the movie. Lol. The seat I was sitting in had duct tape on the arm rest. I had seen the same red duct tape on another armrest in a recliner theater here during a previous visit. The seats behind us were too close and the children sitting behind us kept kicking the seat (I thought this theater didn't let anyone under 18 in. Has that changed?) The servers are super nice and are trying their best! Don't give them a hard time, these issues should reflect poorly on management and not the staff. If you're looking for a better luxury movie going experience I suggest trying out Harkins at Scottsdale Fashion Square.
