Staff is poorly trained in how to answer questions directly. They seem to have a script format and are unable to defer from that format. I clearly asked the question three times. The second two times I asked, I said, "that's not what I'm asking." The staff was unable to listen to the question and continues to make his sales pitch. Had the staff simply stopped and listened to my question and then answered it, everything would have been fine. I didn't need to be "sold to" or convinced. I had no problem with the price. I was well aware I would pay more when I waked in. I simply wanted to understand the pieces of the plan. I walked out.
