  • Installed sales stinks. Went in on a Saturday afternoon and requested Lowe's come out and scope a job for me. Paid $35 and was told that I would get a scheduling call within 48 hours. Tuesday afternoon no call. Went to store and got some excuse about losing the paperwork but was assured I would get a call that evening or Wednesday morning. Wednesday morning no call. I got someone else to do the job. Cancelled and got a refund at Lowe's. Never use them again. Will go to home Depot instead
