  • I called the shop to make an appointment. I spoke with Bong who asked when I could come in. I told him 5pm.m when I was free. He set the appointment. When I came in, he told me he set my appointment for 4pm because that's what I told him. I told him this was not true. He told me if his 5pm didn't come in, he would give me a cut then. Then he said, "take it or leave it," in an extremely rude manner. I told him he didn't need to be rude, and I would leave it. He told me "good," and if I didn't like it to leave him a bad review. So here it is. He seems old, unprofessional, and I didn't see any haircuts that would make up for any of this.
