  • Roughly a week ago our homes a/c unit decided to quit on us. This happened on a Sunday and there were no companies available to come out and help. We ended up staying the night at the Courtyard by Marriott next door for the night HOPEFUL someone would have our a/c back up and running. Learning that an immediate fix was not in our horizon, we checked in to this hotel on Tuesday because it had a lawn area for our lab. We stayed for 5-nights and although we would have much rather stayed at home, this was a close second! The rooms were spacious for our family of 4 and dog. The front desk agent was kind enough to place us in a room near the grass courtyard so our dog could do his business quickly. The room was always cleaned immaculately the next day. This hotel also offers a free hot breakfast. Holly (?), the attendant, always had a smile on her face, greeted you, and checked to see if there was anything else she could get for us. They call these types of hotels 'limited service'. You want to know what limited service is? Home Depot when trying to solve my a/c problem. Now that's limited service. Nice job Springhill Suites!
