  • *AVOID* *AVOID* *AVOID* This was perhaps one of the worst experiences I have ever had renting a car. At the beginning of the car rental the guy refused my credit card because it didn't have raised numbers. Then tried to claim that nobody in Canada accepts credit cards without raised numbers (lie). On top of that Mike was rude as to my wife.Then he took an imprint of my visa like we were living in 1984, and he put a 500 dollar hold on my credit card The car he presented us with was just covered in dirt. We couldn't tell if it was scratches or dirt it was so bad. He marked the tank at being full, when we got in, it was at 3/4's. The car actually drove ok, except the seats were set weird and the systems navigation was disabled. When we returned our rental before our flight. They were a HALF HOUR LATE OPENING THE OFFICE. It's lucky for us we didn't miss our flight because these guys decided they didn't want to show up to open their office on time. Did I mention you should avoid this place at all costs? I had a bad feeling about this place when we got off the plan and found the phone to call them, and instead of answering with "Hi, Economy Rent a car" like a normal business, they responded with "Hello?!" like it my business is an imposition upon them.
