  • First thing to note: Do not believe the reps at the call center/1-800 number - they know squat. Even less than squat. Second thing to note: the entrance is at Bonanza, not MLK. What did I just say about the first thing to note? Yes, I'm speaking from experience. If you're heading north on MLK, you turn right at Bonanza, but stay on the left lane, as almost immediately, (after the gas station) is a small entrance that you could very easily miss - that says UPS Customer Center. Or, you could turn right on Williams, right on H street, and then right on Bonanza, then right into the small entrance. Third thing to note: yes, they're open for "pick-ups" until 8:30 p.m. (M-F), but note - and this is important - if you come on the last day they are holding your package - then you need to get there before 7 p.m. - as that is when they load the truck with all the "unclaimed/unsuccessful-delivery-attempts-packages. Don't say you weren't warned.
