| - It's not a problem until it happens to you. And if you use their shuttle service consistently, it's only a matter of time before you find yourself in the chaotic throes that is Suburban Express's retaliation to any complaints.
There's two major issues with this company: (1) inconsistencies and (2) terrible customer service. As many other reviews on here have noted, there is zero tolerance for showing up late, and yet, your shuttle could be late or not even show up at all with zero communication to the patron. This is where the second issue arises. God forbid you have a legitimate complaint. Nobody has problems with a driver needing to use the restroom or the shuttle breaking down; these are natural occurrences that happen from time to time. But if your shuttle never showed up, and you have no email/call/text to explain why/what/when... You're going to be upset. Suburban Express will then deflect the responsibility, often back to you. The owner is a flippant and irrational bully who will withhold your refund until you remove your negative review, all while berating you, insulting you, and lying to you about what "actually happened" (even though YOU WERE THERE, and OTHER PEOPLE WERE ALSO THERE). It's happened to me. It's happened to friends. It's happened to my peers in my class.
If I could give them zero stars, I would. It's a wonder that such a fraudulent business can exist. They do a good job marketing on campus and it continues to feed their malpractice. Do your research. Choose any other service.
EDIT: Haha, and then the response is a YouTube link that says "video is unavailable" as only source to prove me wrong. Great. That's so helpful. Just because reviewers can't comment back to your response doesn't mean that what you're saying has any validity.
