So after the bar across the street (timbers) forgot cheese on my nachos (how you forget cheese on enchilada nachos I don't know) anyways, I decided to give edge of town a try. I called and specifically asked if the nachos had meat and said no meat if they did. I was ensured they did NOT meat. However when I arrived home I found the nachos did include meat, I'm vegetarian. I work in the service industry and have no problem with mistakes, but if you don't know the answer to something don't act like you do. Find out! Upon calling the bar back and asking for a refund I was told by the bartender he didn't know if I could get a refund or just money credited towards something else. How do you not know your return policy ?!?! The bartender finally told me he would leave money from "his own pocket" for the return, but would that include the $5 tip I left for the $11 nachos I guess we'll see when I go back later this afternoon. Customer service was a huge NO at this place.
