  • My wife took in her watch for a battery. She dropped the watch in the parking lot, damaging the watch and took it into the shop in pieces. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. They tried several options to find the missing part, to no avail. However, they were still able to repair the watch and did so at a very reasonable price. Great customer service at a very fair price has earned all of our jewelry business in the future.
