  • Our first trip to the new Harkins Estrella - pleasantly surprised. We love the convenience of ordering our tickets and seat assignments on line. The seats are extremely comfortable and you don't feel as though you are sitting on your neighbors lap. Theater is very clean and customer service is excellent. However, some dingbat came in after the show started and wanted us to move to make room for her and her friend as they did not buy seats together. What 's with that? We arrived early to be able to settle in before the show started and then we had someone asking us to move. Unreal!!! Also, it is hard to believe that two small White Castle hamburgers will set you back $5.00. That is $2.50 per hamburger. We were very excited knowing they offered them, however, when we found out the price we decided to pass on them. What a shame charging so much for two 2 1/2" hamburgers. Expect to pay a few bucks - $50 spent on two tickets, 1 Big Harkins Popcorn and 2 Loyalty Cups.
