  • UPDATE: We came here again and I was able to get more strawberries- they were really nice about it. And there was music playing. So I have upgraded to five stars. I was drawn to this tea place through its yelp reviews because I saw an item I haven't found in SoCal- Strawberry Matcha latte in the style of the one offered by Boba Guys up in San Francisco. It's layered look is made for Instagram photos. You can order your drinks to put into one of the cutesy light bulb containers- they have a bunch pre-made and you get to choose the one you want. I liked that they use real matcha in the powder form, organic milks, and real strawberries instead of a syrup. The owner came out to us to show us he uses real strawberries- I thought that was a nice gesture for him to be proud of what he is serving to his customers. My drink was good but I definitely think it needed more of strawberries- you can see in my pics the green tea was layered way more than the strawberry layer- so that is why I docked one star. Interior is very clean. I had fun sitting on the rocking chairs. I do think some music would be nice- it was so quiet inside. They have complimentary popcorn made in their in house popcorn popper. Service was nice. We'll make another trek out here the next time we are in town.
