  • i would give them zero stars if i could. it took this company 14 days to complete the work. they had scheduled to come on a thursday but because my 12 year old daughter was home they wouldn't enter. when i called and told them my mother inlaw could be there in 20 minutes they told me nope, the maintenance staff has moved on to other jobs. 14 days to fix my ac. i cannot stress to any future residents how extremely rude the office staff is. the people act as if theirs sh.t dont stink. trisha, pattie, and the other two girls (cant call them ladies) are just plain nasty to deal with. the only bright side to this whole experience has been debbie. she is the only human being in the office. just know.......you have been warned. i will not renew my lease and you shouldnt even give it one thought to rent from this place.
