  • We ate here or I should say my boyfriend at here when we visited sycamore brewery tonight for their food truck Friday. I am a pescaterian so I wanted the smoked salmon since it was the only thing on their menu I could eat but when we got up to order they were out of everything but the ribs and pulled pork. Understandable since it was food truck Friday and we didn't order until 9. However one of the other food trucks was courteous enough to erase on their menu what they were out of which would have saved me a lot of waiting. I ended up ordering a salad with ranch.... but they forgot to bring cheese. Instead he gave me two salads which was a nice gesture but when I finally sat down to eat them they had given me two salads with bleu cheese. Jacob ordered the ribs seeing as how they were out of everything else. The ribs are $13 that's fine they're smokes ribs so a lot goes into them but he only got 3 ribs.. after the guy who took the order told him he would give him a few extra because neither of us were getting what we truly wanted. 3 ribs for $13 is a little crazy if you ask me and extra ribs I hope were not included because that means typically he would have paid $13 for 1-2 ribs? In the end Jacob told me the ribs were good and when he was eating them they did pull right off the bone. He also said the sauce was good but overall we did a lot of waiting for not a great outcome.
