  • So have been staying here on visits for the last 10 years. Came Oct 2015. Now they have taken out the in room coffee pots. When I called to ask got a condescending snot at the front desk. Told go to the resteraunt. Called because part of our drapes were letting every one look in. Same snotty young man. Eventually they did come rehang it. We could not reach. Contacted the hotel about coffee and snotty young man. We were told we could go to the resteraunt and get a cup for our room. WeLOVE our coffe WHILE GETTING UP AND DRESSED. Defeats the purpose if I have to get dressed then go for a long walk before ever getting my coffee. Was told that was their choice. No comment made on the rude snotty young man. I wrote twice about him. So. Don't believe the web site. No in room coffee. It is cheap. Warned by security where two women should park. I have to say. Looking more than a little run down. Snotty clerk and no dam coffee. After 10 years. Will NOT be back. Too many places to stay. Nice affordable ones with nice employees. Coffee and a decent pillows. Beds are decent. Towels, pillows and employees. NOT
