  • He kind of acts like he cares but then never follows up with anything. I think he might be a decent PA if he worked in a decent office. the office he works in is horrible! they drop the ball non stop then blame everyone else. they lie. they don't do their jobs. they do not follow the rules set forth by my insurance company. and they have received 3 complaints from me alone and each and every one i demanded be sent to Medicare. They have violated they ADA by refusing to make reasonable accommodations. I had the displeasure of having to speak to their referral person today,. she was rude and talked down to me non stop. Might not bother me so much if she actually had a clue about what she was saying.
