  • I didn't actually use their service, my A/C was repaired by another company through my home warranty and when it stopped working a few days later my home warranty assigned a new claim to On The Spot Air but then corrected it to have the original company recalled. Throughout the confusion I spoke with Randy several times as well as Monique and Vanessa. They stayed in contact with me until we figured out the situation and were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional even though they ended up not getting my claim! I definitely saved their number and would refer them and use them in the future.
