  • Heading back to Pittsburgh for a week and checked out Yelp to make a list of the restaurants we would be visiting while we were there. Nadine's is always on our list. I was reading the reviews when I saw that Amanda B. from Lockport, NY had written a review. She mentioned that Nadine wanted a phonebook from Buffalo, NY and guess what?...we were going through Buffalo (to go to Anchor Bar for the Original Buffalo Wings). I private messaged Amanda to see if she had a phonebook and if she could meet us at Anchor Bar. I didn't get in touch with her right away but when we got to Anchor Bar the super nice bartender gave me a phonebook. Nadine was so surprised and thankful to have it. I was thankful I was able to help out and very happy that Amanda mentioned it in her review! Thanks Amanda!! Oh, Nadine's was terrific as usual. The food is awesome and the staff is super nice. They remembered us and welcomed us back with open arms. Simply love this place. There is no smoking inside anymore which is terrific and if you have never seen a cigarette vending machine - they have one! It's a rare sight!!
