  • Our home warranty originally set us up with a different company when our AC went out in the middle of summer. We had a horrible experience with them so they sent us out Efficient Air instead. Jesus was the technician and he was great! He was very professional and knowledgeable, he was able to locate the problem and order the part we needed. When the part came in, he installed it quickly and our unit is running great now! He even tried calling us the day before he was supposed to come because he had extra time at the end of his day, even though we missed his phone call, we appreciate him trying to come early. The only complaint I have is the receptionist, even though she was polite, she seemed a little overwhelmed and scattered. It's the middle of summer in Arizona so I bet she has her hands full but we feel like there could be improvements in that area. For an example: We called asking for the status on a part they ordered and she asked if she could call us back because someone was calling on the other line. We thought that was a little odd. Overall, we are pleased with this company and Jesus! We appreciate the service we received.
