  • Great candy and selection but the worst customer service ever. Chonda the so called supervisor kicked out a 13 year old girl from the store because she said she gave her an attitude when asked not to stand on the 18 and over wall. Oh please! Give me a break. When I asked her for a reason why she kicked her out she said she gave her her back and walked away. No bad mouth language no screaming, no causing a rukus, just walked away. Is that a reason to kick out a 13 year old from a candy store? C'mon!!! Where are your customer service skills? Who hired you and maybe they need to retrain you. Will never step in to that store. FYI as I was leaving a lady told me that she was there the day before and her kids filled up a bunch of bags of candy and she wanted to taste a piece to see if it's fresh cuz her kids were going to eat it and the same lady Chonda told her there are no tasting. The lady told her I was just trying it to see how fresh it is cuz I'm giving it to my kids. So Chonda told her that's our policy, so the lady gave her the bags full of candy that she was going to buy and walked out of the store. Chonda is losing a lot of business for this store.
