Several days after posting my initial review the owner of the company, Mark, called me apologizing for the tardiness and lack customer service I was shown for both my scheduled visits.To make up for it, he offered to come himself to my home to install the WiFi Unit at no cost. I straight up asking him if he was coming himself, or sending Marlon, the employee that cant seem to get it together. Mark told me he would make sure his scheduling staff set my house on his schedule to do the job.
I scheduled it on Saturday morning when my husband would be home (I was at work). By the time I got home late afternoon the unit was installed. YEA! However, my husband told me it wasnt the owner that showed up, but Marlon. So the owner LIED to me about coming himself and sent the one man I didnt want to deal with anymore.
Im trying to wrap my mind around this. Im already a disgruntled customer, the owner made promises that he couldnt keep, so sent the problem employee to my house behind my back anyway?????

But I WILL NEVER do business with these people again. Mark offered the free install for an updated review. So here it is! Enjoy.
